The Sands Expo and Convention Center was abuzz with record-breaking attendance at the 33rd annual SHOT Show, held January 18-21 in Las Vegas. The Callis outdoor group attended the event to represent agency clients, pitch ideas to media and network with other industry leaders.

The 2011 Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show experienced the third largest attendance ever with 57,390 buyers, exhibitors, media and guests. This year also marked an unprecedented high for media attendance. SHOT is the largest and most comprehensive trade show for the hunting and shooting industry, with 1,600 exhibiting companies, from over 100 countries, on premise to announce new products and services.

Hosted by the NSSF, National Shooting Sports Foundation, SHOT brings together all facets of the $4 billion industry. Feedback at this years’ event was optimistic with many industry professionals predicting 2011 to be another strong year.
