As Vice President of Sales, Shoemaker leads the agency's outdoor marketing group, working with key clients specializing in this industry. Shoemaker joined Callis in 1991 as an Account Manager and quickly transitioned to his executive position.

Prior to joining Callis, Shoemaker owned and operated his family's retail furniture store.
