Thousands of outdoor enthusiasts, gun shop owners and companies marketing their products and services packed into the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas January 19-22 for the Annual SHOT Show. The Callis outdoor executive sports team of Callis President Cliff Callis, Charlyn Callis and Jim Shoemaker, represented agency clients, pitched stories to media and networked with industry leaders.
Hosted by the NSSF, National Shooting Sports Foundation, SHOT is the largest and most comprehensive trade show for the hunting and shooting industry. The past year proved to be very successful with outstanding demand for firearms and ammunition sales, even in a struggling economy. The industry was given another round of positive feedback as this years’ main event posted near-record attendance, with exhibitors taking orders for the newest and latest shooting, hunting and outdoor gear.
2010 marked the 15th year in a row that Callis has attended the SHOT Show with a roster of clients participating in the growing trade show.
