In October, 2009, ProEnergy opened the doors on their 50,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art turbine repair and refurbishment facility, located on the corporate campus in Sedalia, Missouri. The addition of the Turbine Services division further solidifies their position as a single-source service provider, offering total solutions to power providers.

ProEnergy recruited the most experienced turbine repair professionals in the industry to lead the Turbine Services team. Quality is controlled by performing all of these services in-house. Some services include rotor repair and balancing; component refurbishment; complete overhaul of units; welding processes such as laser cladding, fusion and plasma arc welding, and high temperature brazing; mechanical material removal processes; and coating for high temperature conditions. They also offer the latest technology in non-destructive testing and a complete metallurgical laboratory.
